Snakes and Ladders is a fun online board game where you race against other players or AI to get to the top of the board. Roll the dice, move your piece, and keep an eye on the board for ladders that help you climb up and snakes that send you sliding down. The goal is simple—be the first to reach the last square, but there’s plenty of risk along the way! You never know when you’ll hit a snake and be sent right back to where you started. Game Rules Pick Your Player – Up to six players can join in on the game, each picking a unique color to represent their piece. Choose to play alone, with friends on the same device, or with computer opponents. Rolling the Dice – Each player rolls a dice on their turn, moving forward by the number rolled. If you get a 6, lucky you! You earn an extra roll, which can be a game-changer when you’re racing to the top. Climbing the Board Ladders – Land on the base of a ladder, and you’re in luck—it’ll boost you up a few rows instantly, getting you closer to the goal. Snakes – Land on a snake, though, and it’s bad news! You’ll slide down to a lower row, setting you back a few steps in the race. Chutes and Ladders Mode For a kid-friendly twist, some versions of the game replace snakes with chutes, creating a safer experience for younger players. Chutes let you slip down the board but without the snake theme. It’s the same race to the top, but a little less scary for younger kids. Winning the Game The first player to reach the final square wins, but it’s all about luck with each dice roll, so even the player who’s behind could get a winning streak!
